Islay Estates

Islay Estates offers a two day shooting package for 6 guns shooting a mixed bag of pheasants, partridges, duck, woodcock and snipe.  The shoot consists of a number of small drives over varied terrain including snipe bogs and small woods set on the beautiful Hebridean island of Islay.

You need to make this a 3 day (at least) trip as travel to Islay is either by car and ferry or by plane from Glasgow.  Accommodation is provided in Bridgend Hotel where you will be well looked after and can eat what you shoot.  There are many other things to do on Islay - perhaps the most popular is to learn a little more about the whisky industry.
