Location
The Deene Shoot is situated between Corby and Stamford in beautiful undulating countryside to the east of historic Deene Park. The Shoot has good access and is located within close proximity of the A14 to the south (13 miles) and A47 to the north (7 miles), both of which connect to the M1 and A1. The Estate is approximately 65 miles from Birmingham and within 92 miles of central London. Mainline railway stations are at Corby, Kettering and Market Harborough with journey times of 47 - 72 minutes.
The Shoot
The Shoot extends to some 2,560 acres of the Deene Park Estate. Approximately 312 acres comprise well managed woodland. The remaining land is made up of arable and pasture. The land is currently split between in-hand farming, long standing tenanted land and approximately 43 acres of strategically located game cover. The Shoot attracts a loyal and regular team of beaters and pickers up and has been run in-hand for many seasons.
The Shoot normally comprises 8 guns and provides an exciting mix of pheasants and partridges producing high quality birds, with 14 drives.

Access
Access is good utilising farm and woodland tracks, as well as former airfield perimeter tracks. One public road runs through the Shoot. Vehicular access to drives will be strictly controlled to prevent damage to growing crops, grass margins and pasture. Many of the woodland rides are hard tracks.
Game Cover
