As we all know, it is essential that we make the best use of the birds that we harvest and what better way than helping those who have little? To make it even easier, this enjoyable evening at Braxted Park will celebrate the season with proceeds from the event supporting The Country Food Trust. Why not join us?

Tickets are available for an exclusive game dinner by celebrity chef Tim Maddams, in the ballroom at Braxted Park on Thursday 8th February.

By kind permission of Duncan and Nicky Clark, Braxted Park will provide the perfect backdrop for a delicious three-course game based meal (with fine wines) during which there will be a short presentation from Tim Woodward, CEO of The Country Food Trust, a charity which is dedicated to helping those in need by donating delicious, mutritious ready-prepared long-life game meals. There will be a second short presentation by Teresa Dent, CEO of GWCT on Farmer Clusters a significant new conservation initiative that the Trust is promoting.

For tickets, please email Alex@braxtedpark.com or call on 01621 892 305. Tables of 10 are £700 and include a welcome glass of fizz, 3 course meal and a bottle of wine between every two guests.

Tickets are very limited already so don’t hang about, first come first served. Rooms are available for Game Dinner guests at the reduced rate of £100 for the night, including breakfast the next day.
