Partridge and yellow lentil curry with mint and coriander

The Game Cookbook, written by the legendary Clarissa Dickson Wright and Johnny Scott is a real bible for game lovers. Clarissa, who sadly passed away in 2014, was best known for her appearance on the much loved BBC series Two Fat Ladies. She was a fabulously eccentric lady with a love of very rich food, especially game meat.
