Gamebore Launch Two New Cartridges

Grouse Extreme

When you have a challenging quarry such as grouse you need the very best cartridge you can load into your gun, be it a side by side or an O/U.

Building on the legendary performance of the Black Gold, with over two years development, the new Gamebore Grouse Extreme delivers fantastic performance on this most testing of game birds. 

Using the unique and exclusive Gordon recoil system case with a 20mm nickel head for easy ejection and powered by exclusive F2 powders, these cartridges are smooth and easy on the shoulder and effective beyond words.

The Diamond shot is manufactured in Gamebore's own shot tower, the only one operating in the U.K. and exclusively for Gamebore.

Graded 5 times, the shot is then polished and lubricated in their exclusive and secret process by a team with over fifty years shot manufacturing experience. 

Field tested and developed in conjunction with Dave Carrie last season, the results were outstanding and Gamebore are proud to launch a new cartridge specifically for this most testing of game birds.

Gamebore Grouse Extreme is available in 12 gauge fibre wad loads in 29g and 31g, 5.5 shot, 65mm case ( true 2.5” ) and a 33g, 5.5, 70mm case.

Clear Pigeon

Gamebore are also proud to launch the all new Clear Pigeon developed in conjunction with one of the UK’s leading pigeon shots: Andy Crow.  

Like all shooters, Andy wants the very best and Gamebore were delighted to work closely with one of their key partners to produce a product he is proud and delighted to put his name to.

Developed over the last year with Andy and rigorously field tested by him, the new load has proved itself in a wide variety of situations and demonstrated everything Andy asked for in the new product, and then some.

The all new Clear Pigeon returns to the clear case and boasts improved performance and patterns even at range whilst being easy on the shoulder and a slick performer through a semi-auto.

New powders and Gamebore’s own, exclusive precision made shot coupled with either Fibre or Gamebore’s in-house manufactured plastic wad gives the pigeon shooter complete confidence on what many believe is one of the most testing birds to shoot consistently.
